Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the rental duration?We setup at a minimum of an hour prior to your event. You will have the rental for the entirety of your event. Pickups are no later than 11pm.

What areas do you service and do you travel?We are located in Southern Louisville and service the larger Kentuckiana area. There may be a travel fee for events located outside of our area. Please reach out to us for a quote.

Can I pickup my rental myself?Unfortunately, to protect our products we only allow delivery at this time

What if my event is outdoors?We can do outdoors! Our rentals need a flat level surface indoors or outdoors. Prior to your event, we will discuss a backup location in the event there is bad weather that can damage our products. Our balloons can be setup indoors or outdoors. Indoor balloons will last weeks, however balloons outdoors can be affected by the heat and therefore will be setup day of your event to provide longevity. There is an additional fee for some outdoor set-ups. Advanced notice is required and discussed

How do I reserve my date?We require a 35% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. All invoices must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event.

Is there a cancellation fee?We understand things change. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to event will receive a full refund minus the 35% paid deposit. Custom orders are excluded from refunds.

Can I hang our own custom sign on the flower wall?You can provide your own signage and I will be happy to add it to our rental during the setup.

How can I customize my flower wall?For additional cost, we can provide custom balloon arches with florals and signage. Contact us with your theme or inspo pic and we can make it happen! See our Contact page to request a custom quote
